FAQ

Questions shop owners ask

Do I have to replace my booking system?

No. Barber Stats tracks what actually happened: completed visits, revenue and barber stats. Keep taking bookings however you already do. There is light appointment scheduling in here if you want it, but it is optional and it stays out of the way.

How long does setup take?

About two minutes. You give your shop a name, a currency and a timezone, add your barbers, and confirm your service prices. There are six common services pre-filled, so most shops just adjust the prices and carry on.

Can my barbers see each other's numbers?

Only if you want them to. By default a barber sees their own performance and nothing else. You control, per shop, whether managers can see financial figures and whether barbers can see their own revenue contribution.

What happens if I go over my barber limit?

You get a clear message explaining the limit and a link to the plans, never a broken screen or an error. Nothing you already recorded is affected, and your existing barbers keep working normally.

What if I cancel?

Your workspace becomes read-only. Every client, visit and report stays exactly where it is, and you can still open and export it. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends, so reactivating puts you straight back where you were.

Does it work on a phone?

The mobile layout is designed separately from the desktop one, not shrunk down. Recording a visit is a tap from the bottom bar, and the whole flow is built to be finished one-handed while standing at the chair.

Can I run more than one shop?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Locations sit under one account with a switcher in the sidebar, and reporting can look at each one separately or at all of them together.

Where is my data kept, and who can see it?

Every record is stamped with the shop it belongs to, and every request is checked against your membership on the server before a single figure is read. Someone from another shop cannot reach your figures even with a direct link.
